CLICHÉ-VERRES
Cliché-verre (also known as glass print) is an arcane graphic medium born during the explosion of experimentation that led to the birth of photography in the 19th century. Cliché-verres are created without the use of a camera: a hand-drawn matrix (as in printmaking) is traced by means of light onto light-sensitive paper (as in photography).
